WebMy friend booked tickets through RailsNW in Portland Oregon. They are a rip off. They took a $US50 booking fee and then said we collect tickets from the ticket booth and pay them. When we got there our seats were not reserved and they did not have any booking from RailsNW. So they have made 50 bucks for nothing.
