WebMay 12, 2024 · crossplay to xbox only works if you play with the xbox-app on pc (or microsoft store i think). tried it first with steam, but couldnt connect to friend on xbox. with the xbox-app it worked. quite annoying though if you bought it on steam and have to rebuy it for xbox-app (or at least using the gamepass). couldnt transfer my save to the app ... WebMy thinking is it's NOT a console vs. PC issue, it's bad game coding. There are other titles that crossplay and it's fine, so BF should be that way too. And don't say it's aim assist because half of PC players use a controller and get aim assist. Stop with the crossplay whining and let's talk about net code instead.
