WebChimeraX 1.0 does not have all of the tools currently available in UCSF Chimera, but we have added many completely new capabilities and improved visualization, usability, and performance. With the release of ChimeraX version 1.0, the list of features has grown very long. We present an overview of ChimeraX's main features and WebChimeraX and Chimera are different programs, with different interfaces and capabilities that overlap significantly, but not completely. ChimeraX is under active development and includes most Chimera features (with more to come, see the missing features list ).
